MISSION MADE SIMPLE

A Vision of Transformation: Rooted in Christ, Flourishing in Service
The Bible poses the question, “If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do?” This underscores the vital need for a strong, firm foundation to withstand the challenges of the Christian life—especially for those called to ministry and service, where the pressures are magnified.

At 10 Talents International, we envision a world where individuals and families take root by addressing the deeper, often hidden aspects of the heart. True transformation goes beyond knowing about Jesus, His message, methods, and mission—it involves experiencing the healing power of His love that changes our character, reshaping our thoughts and feelings.

When we are “rooted and grounded” in a consistent and stable relationship with Christ—one that fosters wholeness, health, and happiness—we are empowered to live the abundant life He promised. This foundation allows us to use our gifts, talents, and passions effectively as instruments in His hands, reaching the world with the Everlasting Gospel.

OUR VISION is to EQUIP A GENERATION OF FAMILIES who have embraced the call to LOVE, LIVE, and LEAD like JESUS—both in their homes and in their communities. Through this transformational journey, these families become beacons of hope, bringing Christ’s light and love to a world in need. By cultivating a heart-centered faith and empowering practical service, we aim to inspire a movement that changes lives for His glory.

A New Chapter: Planting Roots in San Diego
After years of traveling from city to city, sharing the Gospel and training others, we came face-to-face with a pressing reality: San Diego's great need for ministry and its incredible opportunity to serve and train people on a larger scale. God opened a door for us to bring our vision and knowledge to this vibrant and diverse community.
San Diego has become the fertile ground for our new mission: to plant roots in a community in need and to create a space where others could be trained and inspired to minister effectively. This unexpected door was not a setback but a divine pivot, allowing us to transition from a season of sowing on the road to one of cultivating lasting growth and transformation in one place. Today, San Diego is the launching pad for a movement of equipping others to serve with dignity, love, and purpose.

“And the LORD said unto the servant, Go out into the HIGHWAYS and hedges, and COMPEL them to come in, that my house may be filled.”
– Luke 14:23

Natcha's Story: A Journey of Hope and New Beginnings
On the very first day of our outreach to the homeless community in San Diego, we met Natcha and her family. Their story was one of courage and resilience, but also of immense need. Natcha and her husband had recently arrived in the United States as asylum seekers, bringing with them their two young daughters. Their journey had been marked by uncertainty and hardship, but they were determined to build a better life for their family.
When we found them, they were struggling to navigate the overwhelming challenges of their new reality. Without a home, steady income, or connections, their future seemed uncertain. Yet, in that moment, God allowed our paths to cross.
We were able to connect Natcha and her family to a local shelter that provided them with a safe place to stay. We worked alongside them to identify job opportunities, helping them take their first steps toward financial stability. But our mission didn’t end with meeting their physical needs; we also shared with them the hope and love of Christ, inviting them to become part of a spiritual community where they could grow and flourish.
Through prayer, encouragement, and practical support, Natcha and her family began to experience transformation. They joined a local church that welcomed them with open arms, offering both spiritual guidance and a sense of belonging. Over time, their daughters thrived in their new environment, and Natcha and her husband found not only jobs but also the stability to begin rebuilding their lives.
Today, Natcha’s family stands as a testament to the power of God’s provision and the impact of compassionate outreach. Their journey is a reminder of why we do what we do—to meet people at their point of need, walk with them through their challenges, and point them to a hope that is eternal. By the grace of God, Natcha and her family have found a place where they can grow, flourish, and be a blessing to others.
